Portfolio Management
Bridging the gap between strategy and implementation by supporting organizations through project identification, prioritization, and portfolio management to achieve strategic success. Through balancing resources and understanding critical objectives I work with project stakeholders to sequence projects and develop centralized portfolio plans that consider organizational value, resources, and internal and external interdependencies. I work with leadership to establish the right governance models and define/assess project metrics for successful portfolio execution. Workshop Facilitation
Utilizing Human Centered Design tools and techniques to solve problems with user-focused solutions. I work with organizations to understand and define a problem statement, design an approach, and orchestrate workshops virtually and in-person. I design sessions to solicit inclusive ideas and feedback for well-rounded solutions. I have experience leading efforts through ideation, prototyping, and implementation. |
